Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by CevMal Systems LLC through cevmal.com and related business communications. It does not automatically govern a client's own systems, customer databases or third-party services. Client projects may have separate contractual or privacy terms.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project details and other information included in a form, email, chatbot conversation or business inquiry.
We may also collect technical information about website use, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from network information and interaction events. The exact data depends on the analytics and security tools enabled on the site.
Chatbot and AI interactions
When you use the Cev chatbot, your messages and related technical information may be processed by CevMal and service providers used to operate the chat experience. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, health records or other sensitive information unless CevMal has explicitly provided an approved secure process for that purpose.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Chat conversations are intended for general business information and project discovery, not legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
CevMal may use cookies, local storage and analytics technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure traffic and understand interactions. Google Tag Manager or analytics tools may be enabled through site configuration. These tools can set or read identifiers according to their own terms and settings.
You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, CevMal may use a consent mechanism before activating those technologies.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors that help us provide website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer communication, AI/chat services, scheduling, security or other business operations. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Sale of personal information
CevMal does not sell personal information for money. If CevMal introduces advertising or data practices that constitute a sale or sharing under an applicable privacy law, this policy and any required choices will be updated before those practices are used.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business records, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type and relationship.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other controls over personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
To make a privacy request, email Info@cevmal.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
