Acceptance of these terms
By using cevmal.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you engage CevMal for paid services, the signed proposal, statement of work, order form or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
About CevMal services
CevMal Systems LLC provides technology services that can include AI receptionists, voice agents, chatbots, automation, CRM implementation, API integrations, websites, applications and custom software. Actual scope, features, delivery dates, fees, support obligations and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable written agreement.
No guaranteed results
Technology, marketing, search visibility, automation and AI outcomes depend on many factors outside CevMal's control. Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, CevMal does not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, conversions, uptime, error-free AI responses or a specific business result.
AI and automated systems
AI systems can misunderstand requests, generate inaccurate information or behave differently in edge cases. Clients are responsible for approving business information, escalation rules, high-risk boundaries and any human-review process required for their use case.
CevMal services are not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional judgment. Clients must not configure AI systems to provide regulated advice unless the workflow has been reviewed and approved by qualified professionals and complies with applicable law.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, business information and authorized access needed for the project.
- Maintain rights and permissions for data, content, phone numbers, accounts and systems supplied to CevMal.
- Review and approve workflows, prompts, policies, integrations and production behavior within the agreed process.
- Use the services lawfully and maintain any notices, consents or industry-specific compliance required for the client's business.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website or CevMal systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malware, scrape or overload services in an abusive manner, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights.
Third-party platforms and integrations
Projects may depend on third-party providers such as hosting companies, AI platforms, phone providers, calendars, CRM systems, payment providers or analytics tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability and policies. CevMal is not responsible for an outage, change, suspension or limitation caused by a third-party provider outside CevMal's reasonable control.
Fees, subscriptions and payment
Website browsing does not create a payment obligation. Fees, deposits, subscriptions, usage charges, renewal terms, refunds and cancellation rules for paid work are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, invoice or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, taxes and third-party usage charges may be additional where applicable.
Intellectual property
CevMal retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, software components and brand assets. Client ownership or licensing of custom deliverables is governed by the applicable written agreement and is typically subject to full payment of amounts due.
You may not copy, resell or misrepresent CevMal website content, trademarks or proprietary materials except with permission or as allowed by law.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations for client projects should be defined in the applicable agreement or nondisclosure agreement. Website inquiries should not include highly sensitive credentials or regulated information unless CevMal has provided an approved secure process.
Warranties and disclaimer
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CevMal disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CevMal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and suspension
CevMal may restrict website access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse or unlawful activity. Termination rights for paid services are defined in the applicable agreement.
Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here with a revised date.
